"We want to start this review by saying it is LONG overdue and this is our first review of a business. We are private and believe in word of mouth but Mark Holloway is an exception. Mark’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparallel. From the moment we contacted him he was responsive and accommodating. Mark was honest, answering all our questions even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. It was very refreshing to work with man with such high integrity, willing to make the customer happy (even save them some money) and extremely conscientious on doing a good job.
